Shipping Address
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not liable for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost.

Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We recommend selecting a shipping option with tracking for all orders.

Return Policy
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Sale items and limited-edition releases are final sale and not eligible for return. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@svnbaskets.com.au with your order number.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receiving the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
