Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Standard shipping takes 5–8 business days after fulfillment. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $75. Orders under that threshold have a flat shipping rate applied at checkout. We want our community to have access to faith-inspired apparel without barriers.

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is something we're prayerfully working toward as Seven Baskets grows. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we expand.

We begin processing orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at hello@svnbaskets.com.au. Once an order has been fulfilled, we're unable to make changes.

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Sale items and limited-edition drops are final sale. To initiate a return, email us with your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges are easy! Reach out to our team within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll confirm the desired size is available, send you a prepaid return label, and ship the new size once we receive the original item. Exchanges are free of charge.

We're so sorry if that happens! Please email us at hello@svnbaskets.com.au within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund — no questions asked.

Each product page includes a detailed size guide with chest, waist, and length measurements. Our garments tend to run true to size, but we recommend measuring yourself and comparing to our guide for the best fit. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a relaxed fit.

We prioritize quality and comfort. Most of our pieces are made from heavyweight 100% cotton or premium cotton-polyester blends. Each product listing specifies the exact fabric composition. We're also exploring ethically sourced and organic fabric options as we grow.

To preserve the graphics and fabric, we recommend washing inside-out in cold water on a gentle cycle, and tumble drying on low or laying flat to dry. Avoid bleach and ironing directly on printed areas. Proper care will keep your pieces looking great for years to come.

Some designs are released as limited drops and may not return, while core collection pieces are restocked periodically. You can sign up for restock notifications on any sold-out product page, or follow us on social media for restock announcements.
